Yes! We are based in Western North Carolina, but our clients are scattered across the country (NC, FL, NY, TX, CA, AR, etc.). Our business isn't dependent upon geography.

Website creation

Project timelines vary based on complexity and scope. We provide a timeline during the initial consultation. In most cases, we offer a 30-day turnaround from the moment we have your branding and production begins to the client receiving a completed website draft for  review. The timeline to launch depends on how quickly the client provides us with the changes they desire.

Website costs can vary depending on the size and scope of the project. Informational brochure-type websites generally cost less than e-commerce websites and will usually fall in the $2,000-$8,000 range depending on page count and complexity.

Yes. All of our website are designed to be mobile-compatible and work on a wide-range of devices and resolutions.

If you were to Google this question, the most common answer you’ll find is every 3 years. In reality, you should be fine rebuilding your site every 5 years. However, something happens after that 5 year mark. First of all, that’s the point where security vulnerabilities start to really emerge. Your site becomes more vulnerable to hackers. Things are also more likely to break because they’re no longer compatible with the latest software or version of PHP. Your site will eventually start to slide down the rankings, it may become slower, and your conversions start to drop as the site may no longer fit modern design principles. Not only do modern design principles change, but so does your business! A site that was built 5 years ago may no longer reflect who you are today.

Yes. Clients are given logins when desired. While we can make updates and changes on our end, we're also happy to provide a free training session if the client wants to be more active on the site.

Most of our websites are built in WordPress.

There are some exceptions for the occasional e-commerce project that may require Shopify.

We also partner with designers who work in other content management systems and web editors to fulfill a wide variety of needs outside of our traditional scope.

No worries!  While using photos of your actual team in the field is ideal and preferred, we understand it may not be feasible on every project. We have an Adobe Stock subscription for those situations.

Yes. Upon completion, the website will be owned by you, the client, and not the web vendor. We even include that in our contract.

Web hosting and maintenance

Our site management plans include hosting, SSL certificate, onsite and offsite backups, security implementation, and ongoing updates (plugins, theme, WP version, PHP, etc) to ensure site stays secure, compatible, and working properly.

Yes. We keep daily backups on the server and also download offsite backups to ensure you never lose your website and it can safely and quickly be rolled back to a prior version at any time.

Yes. We don't need to build your website to host it. However, sites must be built in an actual content management system (eg WordPress, Drupal) as opposed to a web editor (eg Wix, Squarespace) to have the ability to migrate.

Yes. We use a monitor to receive real-time notifications via text and email if a website goes down so that we can drop whatever we're currently working on and prioritize that website to minimize downtime. We also use servers that have a 99.9% uptime commitment guarantee.

Yes. Hosting is a separate service from your domain registrar. You, the client, and not your web vendor, should always own your domain.

If plugins, security, themes, WP versions, and PHP are not kept up to date, things may eventually break across your site. Additionally, security vulnerabilities will emerge that increases the likelihood of your website being hacked. It's important to stay on top of all updates.

Yes. Our site management plans include minor changes to existing content (eg swapping an image or changing text).  New content (eg creating a landing page for a new service) is not included under the purview of site maintenance but can be performed for an additional fee.

Yes! Security is our biggest strength. We partner with IT companies (MSPs) across the country that trust us with their clients for this very reason. We also monitor sites for malware and have never experienced a single breach on any website.

We pride ourselves on our responsiveness and always respond to request the same day. The turnaround on completing the request depends on the level of request. For example, a complete website revamp will obviously take longer than a simple text change. However, we strive to be transparent about timeline up front and then exceed those expectations.

Search engine optimization

93% of B2B buying processes now begin with an online search. Additionally, the top organic spot in Google has a 34% click-thru rate.

Having solid organic rankings builds authority, credibility, and trust. Users have more trust for inbound results.

Inbound marketing, such as Search Engine Optimization, has a higher Conversion rate than outbound marketing due to stronger buyer intent.

Organic SEO typically takes 3 to 6 months to show measurable results, and 6 to 12 months for significant leads and revenue growth. However, it also has a much longer window on return.

Our services are comprehensive and cover a wide range of:

(1) CONTENT SEO (building new content and landing pages, modifying existing content to be more seo-friendly)

(2) TECHNICAL SEO (coding, performance, speed, etc.)

(3) OFFPAGE SEO  (quality backlinks, local citations)

Maybe. The honest answer is that depends on your business. For industries that are targeting high traffic searches, SEO makes a lot of sense. For businesses selling a product or service most people don't know exists (and therefore aren't already searching for), outbound marketing makes more sense.

Organic results (natural results that are not paid ads) have a higher click-thru-rate, higher trust, and a better long-term return than PPC campaigns (eg Google Ads). However, PPC provides an instant-gratification model that doesn't take time to build, unlike organic SEO. Some businesses choose to supplement an organic SEO strategy with a paid-ads campaign during the first six months, while the rankings are still in the process of climbing.

We send out reports monthly (usually on the 1st of each month) that highlights your current rankings and analytics.

Reputation management

We implement a review funnel that determines where reviews go based on the rating so that good reviews automatically get posted online whereas bad reviews go straight to an internal feedback form instead. We utilize a wide range of tools such website widgets, landing pages, email signatures, email blasts, and QR codes that can be used in the field.

Online reputation management monitors and improves how a business is perceived by consumers and prospects online by driving positive reviews.

Sometimes, yes. You can't remove a review merely for being negative. However, you can report reviews that violate one of Google's policies and often get them removed.

Here are a few examples of reviews that can be removed:

- Conflicts of Interest

- Spam or Fake Content

- Irrelevant/ Off-Topic

- Harassment or Hate Speech

- Misrepresentation and Impersonation

- Personally Identifiable Information

- Advertising and Solicitation

- Restricted Content

- Explicit Content or Cursing

They are a key driver of trust and credibility that ultimately help determine whether a prospect decides to do business with you or a competitor. A recent survey showed that 73% of respondents said they trust online reviews from complete strangers as much as recommendations from people they know.

Absolutely. Not only does it show that you're engaged with your customers, but the content also feeds AI inquiries and is good for searches.
